Standard Tuning (EADGBE)
This song is awesome!
Intro:
E-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
B-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
G-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
D--4--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A--2-2-5-7--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
E----0-3-5--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Thats the chords for it but listen to the song to get the timing and count right.
Guitar 2 also plays just the B5 and the E5 with a wah pedal, but the timing is difficult to explain
Verse:
E-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
B-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
G-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
D---4---7-------4-4-3-3-------------------------------------------------------------------
A---2---5---7-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
E-0---0---0-5-0----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Again, thats basically how it goes, but listen to the song to get it right.
The 4-4-3-3 part is played with a wah pedal on Guitar 2
Chorus:
E-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
B-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
G-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
D-2-2-2--5-5-5--2-2-2-5-5-5/----------------------------------------------------------------
A-2-2-2--3-3-5--2-2-2-5-5-5/---------------------------------------------------------------
E-0-0-0--3-3-3--0-0-0-3-3-3/---------------------------------------------------------------
"Dont you ever compromise it, don't you even realize it?"
That's basically how it goes, but listen to it to get the feel for how it goes
Theres is also this little interlude that I havent got around to figuring out yet,
but it seems like you just play some of the basic power chords from the verse.

| This is definitely about heroin... motor junkies are heroin and meth addicts... The part where they sing "where you get smacked up all the time" is about shooting up heroin behind a liquor store. The entire song talks about heroin addiction, and basically sounds like a boyfriend singing to his junkie girlfriend or something... 1 | |

| This song is obviously about those who waste their lives on drugs. Smack is street slang for heroin. Reread the lyrics & you'll get my drift. | |

| i think this song is about how you shouldnt comprimise your opinions and your life and be perswade to do something you dont want to do and to not let someone live your life for you by pressen their opinoions on you.something like that. | |
