| As has been stated, this song is about Scorpion and Quan Chi - "You can't kill me, I'm immortal" - on death, scorpion is just sent back to Hell. "i can see the fear that's in your eyes" - in the Netherrealm, Quan Chi was too scared to fight scorpion. Finally, the stuff about loyalty refers to MK4, where Quan Chi betrayed Scorpion by lying so that Scorpion would kill Sub-Zero. | |

| ok pplz....i started hearing this song about 2 weeks ago and to me it was mainly about fighting n mk....but one day i was n my car making sure my hair wasnt sticking up and looked at my self n the mirror and it then hit me.....another way to interpet this song is by arguing with some u loved after u found out that they cheated on u..... We're face to face Loyalty is what I need to see from you . . . ur looking at each other face to face . . . i need to u be loyal and not cheat on me ne more if this relationship must go on . . . Your insecure I can see the fear that breaths in your heart . . . then she says hey man ur doubtful i didnt cheat on u and trust me i can see that ur out doubtful Where will you run, where will you hide lets see.......ummm.....in my heart u cant run and u cant hide i will always remember u cheated on me.... | Does anybody here play Mortal KOmbat: Deadly Alliance? If not, it has a music video of this song. This was a promo song for MK deadly alliance. It mostly has scenes with quan chi and scorpion fighting, live footage from the E3 show, and the Adema band in various locations in the game. | |

| I pretty much agrre with all of you and pyroguy was right too. cause this song WAS made for Mortal Kombat, but in order to make it a hit the song has to parallel lives of people outside of The Netherrealm. ie not many peoplle have been tricked into killing sub-zero. lol. so yes the point of the song from a buisiness standpoint was for MK but it also has tis to ordinary life so people other than MK geeks dont get turned off. | |
