| This song is one of the best on the new album. I was a bit skeptical (sp?) of the pending release of the album because of the "softness" of Girls Not Grey & Celluloid Dream, but this album is like an acquired taste. At first I was like, "Damn, this album isn't all that great, I'll pop in Art Of Drowning.." But after a few times of listening to it and accepting the fact that AFI has "grown/evolved" musically I love this album. Its different (obvious by the little techno in Death of Seasons) but in all the right ways. - Radiate - | |

| this is to glenzero "this is the weakest song on the new cd, he is screaming like a trendy kid in a thursday tribute band. Plus is the first song wear Havok curses since "Open you Eyes" afi is a great band, the new cd is good but this one song is not what one can expect from a great band like afi " You're a dumass, the whole point of screaming was to get the message across and to simply put more emotion into the song, this isnt a weak song and think everybody here will backme up. It's also very refreshing to hear them do alittle somehting new, it keeps the cd exciting. Its nice to hear something new, and about the Thursday remark they are a talented band so Sut the fuck up. | |

| I agree with System of afi Down. Does cursing excite you, glenzero? Does a singer need to curse to write a good song as far as you're concerned? By the way, read the lyrics from Lower It..."So walk right in and destroy the fucking place". Do your homework instead of pretending you know what you're talking about. | |

Man i wish i knew some of their chorus to recite to you right now. Oh wait, i do! I've battled I'm fucking battled man I've battled I've battled yeah Whats that word glenzero? I cant quite make it out. Is that "fucking"? Why yes it is. unless you have any criticisims that you can back up, please shut your damn mouth. | |

| This song owns your soul, face it. It is one of my favourites on the CD. That little bit of techno rocks so hard. Its a damn good thing this song was on there. What is AFI without a little bit of screaming. hehe, i'd miss the screaming. | |

| massivetidalwave, he says "fucking" in the song, but they censored it in the book thing to keep the cd from having a parental advisory sticker put on it. This song is "scuking" amazing, though. It's probably my favorite one on the cd. | |

| jaymatthew, shut the hell up, davey makes his songs to express his views of everything. all artists do it, but some aren't as "in depth" as others. and its our jobs as listeners to ponder what they mean, because when we do that, it makes us see things differently. what i think this song means is the point of view of the people in Iraq. Leaving, so alive, but force to return. The stars could represent bombs and the real stars are masked with smoke. and now the growing of hatred will kill us all. he thinks he is the only one who knows it. | |

| My take on the techno part is the fact that they were given a crap load of money to play with. They had a fancy studio, enough money, and the desire to experiment, so why not? The song still rocks, and so do they. At first I was taken aback, but give it a few spins and it'll grow on you. The begining rocks my socks. I like screaming to it. | |

| Sing the Sorrow is a great album, but not nearly as good as "The Art of Drowning". That album was the epitome of AFI. That was the album where they had "found" their sound and had perfectly polished. This new album they stepped over that line of perfection. I miss the woahs. | |
