	i dont know how much about suicide this is, so much as it is about anxiety. not just because he says so in the last few lines, but because the whole song seems to outline the kind of thought process that might be influenced by anxiety issues. "who will keep me from lashing out" when you have a panic attack, you just lash out, you lose control. "I just wish I could just show you what a huge problem this is. " It's hard to explain to people why you freak out over the littlest things. but it does happen, and it is a serious problem!! "I keep thinking about, right now, all these awful things, and I don't believe it Where do I have to go so it'll stop? " depression is kinda linked with anxiety.. and throughout either your mind just goes.. wild with a lot of negativity. anyways, that's just my perspective.

	It's really interesting I heard this song when I did, considering I've had this CD for almost a year now. But it describes things perfectly. As said before, "Who will keep me from lashing out? Anxiety chokes me like razor wire." - This is the perfect explanation, that it's true only one person in my life can calm me down and I feel like everyone else is after me after I have a panic attack, going off on everyone around me. "I kinda have this really terrible habit of asking myself all these stupid questions" - There are just random questions of subtle little fears that go through your head that are completely irrational but you keep asking yourself over and over and in time you start to believe it so much that you see it as the truth. "I really get the feeling that, I'm starting to lose interest in the letter writing process" - This part has such an obscure meaning to the song, but it's really interesting to me that it's in there. It relates to me more than any other part of the song. I can understand where people are getting the depression bit, but if it was that it would probably be a suicidal hotline rather than a pyschiatric hospital, and anxiety doesn't always cause you to go into those phases, it's straightforward about anxiety and someone's situation with it. It really can destroy you, it's amazing how Alexisonfire portrays it.
