This song, too, is one of the classical victims for punk covers.
The only thing you need to do, to make one, is to convert the chords into powerchords, 
and...smash on a lot of distortion. Its sounds great, and is easy to play:

Depending on wether you play with distortion or not, and how high gain you use, you should 
choose differents E7's. #1 is for non-distorted, or soft-distorted guitars, and #2 
if you use a mean overdrive.
