Notes:
I didn?t include the rhythms, but it?s pretty easy to figure them out?
just listen to the song.  Also: on the intro to the final chorus of the song,
Chainsaw plays Bb, F, D, Eb instead of Bb, F, Ab, Bb.  After the intro
to the chorus, though, he launches into that.
