This is Brian Setzer rendition of the classical spanish song "malaguena",
and though it has little to nothing to do with the real song, its still pretty cool
hes using a semihollow, with light distortion,

in the beginning of this repeating riff he is muting the bass section,
then as he speeds up he starts randomly muting the higher section too,
eventually it ends up with him clearly sounding out bass and high part,
just listen to it and do as you please..(finger pick this...or hybrid... u know..)
