Capdown are a skacore band from Olny in Nothamptonshire, United Kingdom. They were originally known as "Soap", and their songs often have political themes (their name is short for Capitalist Downfall). Their members are Jake ( vocals and saxophone), Boob ( bass guitar), Keith (vocals and guitar) and Tim ( drums). Through incessant touring they have built up a large fanbase and are now the UK's premier skacore band. They achieved popularity after being championed by Mike Davies on Radio 1's show The Lockup.Their most famous song, now generally accepted to be a modern punk classic, is Ska Wars.
