My version of the song. Very accurate.
Played it along with the original and seems spot-on.
The keyboard seems to play the D#M7 when the guitar plays a Gm and Bb
on the intro and verse it also plays a G#sus5 as the last chord just
before the 'lights will...' section. Sounds good with a keyboard
accompaniment but I wouldn't advise it just played on one guitar.

Guitar accompaniment to chorus. I've tried playing
higher versions of the base chords on the slide-up
but they just don't sound right, so I stuck to the
high D# on each slide-up.
The main strings played in a 4/1 up and down strum are
the G and B. The notes covered on the D and E strings
are mainly to prevent 'bum' notes sounding through but
still try to avoid hitting them for full accompaniment
effect...
