This is a basic tab...

BUT!

In every other tab the chorus was all wrong, so I tabbed it myself. 

The song is regular tuning (EADGBe) and sounds nice on a good acoustic.

The intro is the verse chords fingerpicked. The verse chords are:

Am, C, G.

Repeated.

The chorus is:

Bm, Em, G, C, Em.

You then repeat the verse chords.

Am, C, G.

Then the Chorus again until...

The tempo quickens slightly and the chords change to:

G, C, D, D, D
G, C, D, D, D,
G, C, D, D, G.

There we go... finished the song.
