Tuning - Down half step

I. Play these four chords throughout the verse, 
the strumming is really easy to follow.

Play 4x

eb--0--0--2--5--

II.  Play these chords throughout the part after the verse, 
the strumming on these is easy to follow too.  
Make sure that you play the open E and B strings with the chords, 
that's the way it sounds on the recording.

III.  Play each of these chords twice in a row, 
with rests in between.

IV.  Play the E and the first A chord like in section III, 
then at the F#, start strumming up and down.
