| Never Finally understand... or perhaps Now I finally understand...? Just my opinion, I think this songs about having just broken up with a girl or having troubles with one, he refers to not being able to get her out of his head. I think he says tongue tied because he can't say what he wants to say to the girl *shrugs* just my interpretation. Excellent song though. | |

| As with anything, the interpretation of songs is, at least to some extent, all in the head of the interpreter. When I hear this song, I hear a person whose situation is out of his hands and is being separated from another person in a relationship by some third party, despite his own wishes (but at least partially due to some action of his own), and as much as he wants and needs to talk about it, he is forced to keep it to himself. This describes my situation and applies to me. I dunno why I'd share this, but, uh... I suppose it could have something to do with the fact that I'm forced to keep my mouth shut about my situation so SongMeanings is the closest I can get to letting everything go and venting the pressurized feelings.
