Let You Go
Artist: East West
Album: The Light in Guinnevere's Garden
Tabbed by: Brian Frost (bfrosty515@hotmail.com)

Tuning: B-F#-B-E-G#-C#

There are no tabs I could find online for this song, so I figured it out
myself. It isn't that hard at all, but its a awesome song. Interesting
how hard rock bands can write some of the most beautiful songs. Anyways,
this is very accurate. Rock on.

Verse/Chorus:
----------------------------------
----------------------------------
-7-7-7-7-7-7-7-7------------------
-7-7-7-7-7-7-7-7-5-5-5-5-5-5-4-4--
-5-5-5-5-5-5-4-4-5-5-5-5-5-5-4-4--
-----------------5-5-5-5-5-5-4-4--

Fill (after 1st chorus):
-------------------------------
-------------------------------
-------------------------------
------5~~~-7~~~-7/5-4h5-4/2-0--
-5~~~~-------------------------
-------------------------------

Bridge:
Due to space limits, I'm sure you can figure the strumming
------------------------
------------------------
-9-------7-------9---7--
-9---5---7---7---9---7--
-7---5---5---7---7---5--
-----5-------7----------

Solo (after bridge):
Play this with chorus riff in background.
|-----|--------------|-----|-----------|
|-----|-8--7-5-7-----|-----|-8--7-5-7--|
|-7-6-|------------6-|-7-6-|-----------|
|-----|--------------|-----|-----------|
|-----|--------------|-----|-----------|
|-----|--------------|-----|-----------|
12x 12x
Play this riff with bridge riff in background.
-----------------------------------------
-7-8-8-8-7-------7-7-7-8-5---8~~~-7-5----
-----------7---7----------------------7--
-----------------------------------------
-----------------------------------------
-----------------------------------------

Chorus (Key change after orchestrated bridge):
----------------------------------
----------------------------------
-9-9-9-9-9-9-9-9------------------
-9-9-9-9-9-9-9-9-7-7-7-7-7-7-6-6--
-7-7-7-7-7-7-6-6-7-7-7-7-7-7-6-6--
-----------------7-7-7-7-7-7-6-6--

Someday I'll figure some way to play the orchestrated
parts on guitar and I'll be sure to post it.

Ths is my fav song on the album. The line that always gets to me is "I wonder if there are roses in heaven"...I didn't really give the song much thought, but that line always stuck out to me. Reminds me of a...childlike wonder, ya know? 1

I was reading/listening to this song and started to get the impression that it's about a lost girlfriend...and then the more I looked at it the more I realised the true meaning behind it. Got chills when I figured it out; it's about his love dying, but knowing that one day he'll see her in heaven. I wonder if there are roses there.
