Daisies of the Galaxy-eels
It's these 4 chords throughout the whole song...over the verse...over the
chorus...and there is no bridge.

| I just think this song is beautiful. I think it's about a guy on his own and talking about himself in the third person, so he's saying that the daisies might cheer him up. That's what i think anyway. | |

| This song is so sad, I heard somewhere E wrote it just after his mother died and a sibling committed suicide :( Beautiful song though | |

| It might not be directly referencing his sister's suicide, but that's what I think about when I hear this song. It's a powerful sentiment regarding loss of innocence and the loss of a loved one. Think about this song in that it's him as a child and his sister. Especially the last verse: I'll pick some daisies From the flower bed Of the Galaxy Theater While you clear your head I thought some daisies Might cheer you up He's just trying to make his sister feel better. An innocent young child could not understand the serious depression his sister's going through, and can't comprehend that she might commit suicide, which she later does. Thinking about it that way makes me cry, it's so powerful. It may not be accurate in accordance to E's life, but it works nonetheless. | |

| xpank, dude, learn to click once and WAIT, aight? Anyway, no. This is what E said about it: "Not nearly as pretentious as the title might lead you to believe. First I wrote a short story about a guy and a kid on the run who end up at a small town movie house called The Galaxy, where they watched Terminator 2. Then I based a song on it." | |
