Emery - Untitled
tabbed by: Jonathan Osmark
email: osmark86@hotmail.com
Emery is a 6 piece band, and they're equiped with 3 guitarists. Believe it or not, but
it makes it very
tricky to pick out which guitarist plays what part, so I've pretty much improvised my
way around that.
Don't fret though, because if we don't agree on what guitarist plays what part, at least
we can
hopefully agree on that the riffs are pretty accurate. Enjoy =D
tuning: 1/2 drop standard (D# G# C# F# A# d#)
key:
/ = slide up
= slide down
h = hammer on
p = pull off
x = dead note or beat

Bridge: "carpet stains from coffee cups..."
there's only one guitar part here, but there's a piano part. I suspect that one band member
is
alternating between guitar and piano in this song because of this fact. Am I totally
off here?

Piano Parts (if you care to bother! =P)
Verse: (this part is very soft and sounds much like it's played with a rhodes piano)
d#|-----------------------------------------|

Break:
d#|--------------|
A#|--------------|
F#|--12--11------| An acoustic grand piano plays the same part as Guitar 2
C#|----------12--| in this part of the song at the same time. It creates
G#|--------------| a spooky echoish effect, and sounds sweet! =P
D#|--------------|
Bridge:
d#|--------------------------------------------|

F#|---x----------7----------5----------9---7---|

C#|------------------------------------------------|
G#|------------------------------------------------|
D#|------------------------------------------------|
Well that's it! I could do the bass tab for this song too, but it'll have to be a separate
version
for simplicity factors...I don't play the bass though, so it's less exciting too! I
hope that you
could help me out with some bits that you think are wrong, and email me the corrected version
so that
I can decide whether the corrected version is more correct than mine! =P
Enjoy
