| i think that the song's about a guy who she really loves, but he doesnt even see her. shes trying so hard to get over him, but fails miserably because of an obsession over him. and when she dreams, hes there and it's driving her insane, so much that she feels she cant breathe because shes heartbroken | |

| I adored it, and can think of over a hundred situations where it fits. It's about a person thinking about lost love and how much they need whoever it is they lost. And what's with the paleface thing? I'm Iranian, Indian, and thirty-eight kinds of African, but I think Amy Lee rules! | |

| These are wrong: But who (who) can (can) decide, What they dream ? And dream I do... Because it's really: But who can't decide What they dream In dream I do. It to me is the most powerful line in all of the album. It is my opinion of course. Why? Because it sums up how all the time I thought I was progressing the wrong way when I am doing things right. And so many people in this world is doing it wrong! I've taken so much time just dreaming away of things I've wanted to come about in life. Wishing for love. Wanting to be successful with novel writing. But while others are so lost in what they want to do in life, I've spent time dreaming to know exactly where I want to go. Now to make it come true! | |

| I love this song...I love this whole album, actually! This song means more to me than anyone could ever know. This describes my current situation, which to say the least is odd. I'm in love with a man who has lost his identity. He moved out & I miss him dearly. I see him all the time in waking & sleep & I can't live without him. I believe that one day he can find himself & we can be happy once more. Amy Lee does rule! | |

| This song is about obsession. From this person's point of view, they can't breathe without this other person, this person is in their dreams, and they can't even look in the mirror without seeing this person's face. The part about "But who can decide what they dream? And dream I do..." It makes me think that this girl is obsessing over someone she's loved only from afar. I think this person is creating a relationship in her mind, and it has driven her on the brink of insanity. It reminds me of the way I'm love with Dani Filth... Someday...........*Mind drifts off in thoughts of our wonderful meeting* | |

| It's funny how people think everyone else is stupid just because they don't agree with their own opinion. It's an OPINION. Everyone is entitled to one. Deal with it. | |

| this is prlby one of my fav songs off the album.some of the songs on it remind me of a fantasy book about morgan le fay for some reason... but to me their songs just seem like fairy tale fantasy songs and you just get lost in their story. i love the line:"you saw me mourning my love for you,and touched my hand,i knew you loved me then" its just so bittersweet...LOVE THIS SONG!! | |
