| This song is about his girlfriend cheating on him with another guy. The name showerhead is a double entendre for the method ( or least part of the method) in which his girlfriend cheated on him. The line "Did, in joy and extacy, your eyes begin to water" is asking her if she thought about him while being with another man and whether it made her cry to think how she was cheating on someone she loved and/or cared about. The line"cheap shot hocked straight to the eardrum" indicates how she first told him of her infidelity. The subsequent lines tell how he felt upon hearing this information. Great song, sad overtones, brings me back. 1 | |

| As a girl who has been cheated on by a boyfriend with a best friend, in a bathroom incidentally, this song is awesome. It's slight vulgarity perfectly expresses how a person feels when they have been violated like that. I love this song. Stupid, asshole ex-boyfriend! | |

| Actually according to Max when asked about this question (friend with back stage pass in chicago), he said he was with this girl for quite some time. She decided to mess around with a guy while max and her were on a break. The first time thing they actually did was she gave him head in the shower, atleast thats what she told him. Eventually he learned that it was alot more than oral sex. Thats why he says "did in joy and ectasy your eyes begin to water?" | |

| Slut gives head in shower - showerhead. Fairly self-explanatory, really. I think the reference to eyes watering is perhaps about him dumping her when he finds out about it - perhaps she cried when he dumped her and he said (bitterly) 'Are your eyes watering (crying) because of how amazing it was to have that guy in the shower?'. Dya get my meaning here? | |

| LoL, this song cracks me up. It's a little perverted... "I LOVED YOU WHILE HE WAS IN YOU IN THE SHOWER"?... What's that about? :-\ | |

| This song always reminds me of Margaret Atwood's novel "The Edible Woman". I listened to the album while reading the novel, plus there just happens to be a bathtub scene in it... | |
