| i must've heard this song a million times in my life, but i heard it again on the radio today and actually stopped to just listen...i dont think i can ever be the same...it just tells you to stop and think about where a person is coming from before you go and place judgment on them, and it just really makes you think...amazing song | |

| Not much else can be said, the other comments pretty much cover it. I especially agree with bergeron, censoring takes away the power of this song. Yeah, there's some cuss words in it, but they don't seem to be in there just for the hell of it, as it is with most songs. | |

| words can't describe the way this song makes me feel. Every time i hear it its as if a spirit runs through my body abling me to see the bigger picture. music is amazing, i love how the power of music can communitcate the feelings of the heart and soul. this song is more than just about the golden rule, this song is about life and how everything is a struggle. its a never ending cycle that we are constantly battling. . .will give into tempation? will we submit ourselves to a society that condemns us? this song is amazing because its raw, pure, straigh forward. no bullshit, no beating around the bush. . . this is life. . . if u don't like - do something about it . . . peace | |

| I love this song. I have loved it since I was like 9. Its a great song. Its about how you don't know what you have untill its gone. Its also about how you don't have it the worst in the world. So true, such a powerful song. | |

| this is a good song, sort of makes me think of Pink Floyd's "On the Turning Away" because of the two songs similar subject matter. | |
