Fear is a
punk rock band from
Los Angeles, California that formed in
1977 and still performs. Fear appeared in
Penelope Spheeris'
1980 film,
The Decline of Western Civilization. Their performance was one of the most memorable scenes in the film. The film showed them angering members of the audience with personal attacks and offbeat humor. Singer
