Lindsey Buckingham starts the song out by picking an E chord very fast in a sweeping manner. 
 I can't play nearly fast enough to figure that part out, so I'll start with the riff he 
plays when the drums kick in.  This riff is played throughout the verse.  I'll label it 
in different parts to let you know when to play what part when.
