Flickerstick (sometimes incorrectly called Flicker Stick) is a Denton, Texas rock band, consisting of lead singer Brandin Lea, bassist Fletcher Lea, guitarist Rex Ewing, and drummer Todd Harwell. First assembled in 1997, the group, originally a gig band that performed at parties, is best known for its appearance in 2000 on the VH1 talent reality show Bands on the Run, which involved four bands competing for $50,000 in cash, $100,000 in new equipment from Guitar Center, and a showcase for top record executives.
