To Be Perfectly Honest, This Teqnique Is Actually Called a 'Pinch Harmonic'. 
To Do This You Simply Clench Your Plectrum Very Tightly With About A Millimetre 
Sticking Out,  You Also Need Your Thumb To Slightly Overhang The Plectrum 
Tip. This IS So When You Hit The String With THe Plectrum, The Thumb Hits It 
Just After. It Should Make A High Pitched Scream Or Squeak. Try This Tab Below 
In C Major (Extended).

[x] - Pinch Harmonic The 'x' Note
/   - Slide To
b   - Bend Up To
r   - Release Bend
h   - hammer on
p   - pull off
