this is the minor scale. It can be moved up and down the fret board, 
so you could make it an Em scale instead of a Gm or you could make 
it Am if you were to put it on the 5th fret. It's very useful.

I'm also going to post the Harmonic Minor, which is a lot like 
the normal minor.
