I'm guessing "she jetted to Brazil" is a reference to Jets to Brazil (RIP...) rather than Brazil.

this is definately the sweetest song ever, i saw these guys at a boys night out and emery show and i couldnt belive that they were playing, it was so random to have this crazy hip hop band playing with these two emo-core bands, but they had the whole place dancing, it was really cool oh yeah and the last line is this is hot water music, you can cook your ramen to it cause they're on fueld by ramen record lable

Dude, this is one of the greatest songs ever. I think this band should open at every show, no matter the genre. These guys would get a standing O if they played a Billy Joel concert =P

I LOVE this song. Its so cool that they would even think of referring/using all those different bands as lyric, and amazing that they managed to attach them all to make sense. Brilliant. :-)

sure there's a lot of crappy bands mentioned, but honestly, any song that references Cursive, Bright Eyes, Planes Mistaken For Stars, Jets To Brazil, and Hot Water Music in the same song must be awesome.

you also forgot "...and you will know us by our trail of dead" and "scraps and heart attacks" those are both bands, the latter being the better of the two
