I think this song is about someones father or mother maybe leaving home.. [i tried so hard to understand why you left us all alone three broken hearts with a broken home] and not knowing whos side to take.. or how their ment to feel or react.. [and i don't know how i should feel (i should feel) these lies make it feel so real] Meh lol

i also think its about someone walking out and like not wanting anything to do with their family anymore. "cross me off your list". with dry eyes, steady hands i tried so hard to understand why you left us all alone three broken hearts with a broken home he tried so hard to understand why the parent left, but couldnt figure out what was wrong and why the person left them with a broken home and broken hearts. broken hearts because someone they loved left and a broken home because it wasnt how it was before. if that makes sense. i also think it could have something to do with cutting. because that is shown on wrists. "can you see this or wear it on your wrist" because you cant see the pain that the family was feeling but when you looked at the wrists you can tell how broken he was. so TheWarrior520 might be right but may also be wrong. lets hear what he has to say about those lines then.

Now, I know this song is on the album that's coming out in 2006, but it's amazing. Really, this new album is going to be awesome, and it seems like they've really matured in their sound. I love it. Now then. I think this song is trying to show that a lot of times, people don't realize how much they mean to certain people, and how easily they can hurt them, without even really realizing it. The whole thing with cutting wrists shows that when people do cut, it's not always for attention. It keeps them feeling normal, as a way to deal with some feeling they can't explain that makes them uncomfortable. I think JT wanted to point that out, and shows that someone is being blind to the girl's feelings. [clare]

with dry eyes, steady hands i tried so hard to understand why you left us all alone three broken hearts with a broken home He's getting this Feeling that he cant understand. It's something he wants to feel, "the mark he always missed". Can he wear this feeling on his wrist in the form of pain? No. This feeling isnt pain. "I dont know how I should feel, these lies make it all seem real". Not about parents breaking up k. 1
