Not really gambling. Gorgar is a Pinball machine, first of a kind that had a speaking monster in it in the early eighties, late seventies. Obviously some band member was addicted to it. "Gorgar will eat you" and "Tilt" were one of pinballs chatters.

A great song about the problem of gambling. Trying to tell someone to let go off the game and live a real life before gambling takes your life.
