| "I want to be the girl with the most cake" is one of the best lines. its about how she is selfish and immature. I don't really think this song is about much. I think it was just words she put together (or kurt did). But if the song was about something I think its about being fake and selfish like fame can be, but yet under all the hype there is still real people who can really hurt and maybe some of that is caused by the selfishness and artificiality | |

| its about being fake, covering up the things inside you that hurt, with this 'doll' likeness. its about feeling inanimate, a doll, disposable. perhaps this is how kurt's heroin addiction made her feel. | |

| i think courtney wrote this song about kurt. he liked dolls alot, he collected them. maybe she felt unwanted or something one day as girls sometimes do, for no apparent reason ( i do it ).. but maybe she wrote it for kurt. trying to express how much she loves him." i want to be the girl with the most cake, i love him so much it just turns to hate" i think this is saying htat she wants him for herself...no one else. even though all these other girls want him. maybe this is just her way of showing how she wants him for herself. maybe im wrong | |

| anybody who knows anything knows it was writtena bout kurt quite early into their relationship. he was using herion at the time (NOT COCAINE) she had been clean for a while but he persuaded her to do it with her, that is how muched she loved him. kust was infatuated with dolls growing up, drawing them and pulling them apart and reasembling them wrong. courtney wanted to be kurts doll to be put back together. it was while nirvana got big and the bands time was entirely taken up. courtney has his love but felt that she was coming in second or third! big veins is a reference to the heroin. kurt would love to see innocense and beauty suffer ofr his own entertainment hence the line he loves to see them break. | |

| Courtney Love claimed a lot of the stuff that Kurt wrote was written by her, and even claimed he had absolutely nothing to do with Live Through This (even though on early recordings, he can be heard singing in the background). She basically a liar with no talent. They even had to bring in Billy Corgan to re-write the Celebrity Skin album because it was so shit. All Courtney is, is a crap singer, who loves publicity, is a bad, bad mother, and a junkie. She's famous for being Kurt's wife and that's it.
