Biography

Hoobastank (also colliquially referred to as Hooba) is a rock band best known for their hits "Crawling in the Dark" ( 2001), "Running Away" ( 2002) and a hit single, "The Reason" in 2004. Hoobastank formed in the Los Angeles County suburb Agoura Hills in 1994. Vocalist Doug Robb met with guitarist Dan Estrin in a high school battle of the bands competition and decided to form a band.
