| Song id great and i agree with everything i saw but i think the singer went through an emotional change which changed who he was like a loss of a family member or a major change in his life and it changed his personality "I cracked my head and broke my" when people have a sudden change such as being nice to an enemy the phrase did you crack your head or something. comes up often "I cracked my head and broke my heart" i think means the girl he was with didnt like the person he became and left him so beacause of his change he feels its his fault thats why he broke his heart | |

| they did a nice acoustic version of this song for the local radio station the day of one of their shows.. it was much more sad without the electric guitar and growling vocals. The album version is still great though. i think the song is about not being able to get ahead in life, namely because of a broken relationship. | |
