Used To Be Alright
By: Mike Carignan: carignae@cadvision.com
Song: "Used To Be Alright" by "I Mother Earth"
Album: "Scenery And Fish"(1996)
The biggest part of this song after the tablature is the timing of
the chucking that Jagori puts in. Because Jagori and Christian are
brothers, Jagori plays about the same rythm as the drums - obviously
something they picked while jamming a lot. The lead part is actually
octaved - that is he plays it on the note indicated and on the string
and fret an octave higher. It's easier to play it without the octave
added, so I havn't included it. If you have an octaver effects box,
set it to one octave lower and play the section one octave higher and
you'll get the right result.
Once again, if you spot ANY errors, please inform me as soon as possible.

| I Mother Earth... one of my favs (Edwin days). This one is all about the "days of carelessness." In other words, no worries, just fun... road trips, hangin' with your buds. Getting lost in the world, some great road trip adventure. Until you realize you have to go back home! | |
