| amazing song, one of my favorites. I agree with the basic interpretation, the lyrics are pretty straightforward. | |

| Ok so this song seems to say something different when i hear it. Probably had to do with my boyfriend and I breaking up because the parents didnt approve.... definitely sucked. Annnnyhow It just seems to mean that u need to fight to make a relationship (friend or otherwise) work out and that the road will never be easy. | |

| i think that he is not understood in how hard his life is.... and she thinks his life is soo easy... and by thinking that, she puts him down ... or " makes him melt" but he doesn't want to be put down anymore.... he's just tired of it. | |

| This is Incubus's most underrated song. This is one of their best songs, in my opinion, and it gets just about no recognition. Well, at least we don't have the danger of this song getting to be like Drive... YOU know what I mean. | |

| i cant believe this song only has 8 comments...come on people this is an awesome song. brandon in this song is deffinately trying to show people how much more difficult it is to be in a rock band that tours and has a tough schedule, and i think the lyrics speak for themselves. the entire cd is just amazing and i would recomend anyone that doesnt have it to go get it | |

| i really like this song, i've kinda just recently noticed how good it is. i absolutely LOVE the line "my problem is you make me melt and I don't want to be frozen anymore" (at least i think it's make not made, and i also think its "honesty's a lonely word") i think that line is about how he loves this person so he wants to be with her but she hurt him so it's a problem. or something like that. whatever this song rocks (as do all of Incubus's songs :) ) | |
