I like this song a lot!! I love these lyrics, they say how like TV and etc tells you what they want you to believe.

"From the depths of the sea to the tops of the trees to the seat of a lazy boy staring at a silver screen!" I like how these few lines just take you to these places in your mind and then you just suddenly realize you're sitting mindlessly in front of this box with colored light coming from it....very cool

I believe it to be touching on a society that has lost its individuality, we no longer rely on ourselves for improvement, instead, we stare at a screen for some distorted positive reinforcement, that ultimately leads us into a lazy state as we become thoughtless. A new god has risen, and is so close to being considered tyrannical...mass media...zombifying the world at large. State of independence my ass. More like a world of full throttle dependence.
