| eh, to me it's talking about a dumb girl who was too clingy and just sucked the life out of the story teller... and no, not in the naughty way hehe hence the whole leech part. and he's saying how he was blind to not see what was really going on, because i guess he was in love but he regrets being so caring (i'm kicking myself that i share...) she doesn't want to go (did u ever meet a leech that was goodbyes), but he's like go away (rides over) good song, i'm suprised there's only one comment,... well two now | |

| I think this song is about a cokehead girlfriend of his. When you take a line of coke and take another small line after that, it is often called a pick-me-up. After a coke high is over, many times people are very down on themselves because they just wasted money one such a stupid thing. "Take another hit, steal another line" that ones a lil obvious. He talks about sharing spit as in kissing. When in the presence of a cokehead, nothing is ever fine. They lie and they cheat to get what they want. | |

| It's a total political statement, the album was aimed at that theme. I think this song is the most obscure piece of art. | |

| It seems that Brandon writes in both figurative language and his own experience, so that listeners can relate to him...this song is obnoxious and amazing at the same time. I love the bridge, it sounds so invincible. | |

| this song is about being hurt by someone who became adicted to drugs. maybe he started drugs, but then stopped, and he watched someone he really cared about getting completely fucked. he can see that this person is trying to block out pain they are feeling buthe cant helpthme cos they wont let them. and by the end, he's basically saying 'fuck you, uve had ur chance, ive tried to help. but no im off' reminds me of my mates | |

| I've heard this song is 100% about Dirk, & there were rumors of both Brandon & Dirk being bi-sexual. With those rumors on top of Dirk leaving the band & the lyrics in this song "I'm kicking myself that I shared spit with you" and "Yes, men too can be on the rag"(Dirk supposedly was a very moody person) make you wonder a little bit. Either way good song -- just what I've heard & thought I'd pass along the rumor. | |

| Not all of it is about a girl. I think part of it is. "Yes men too can be on the rag" is clearly referring to a guy. Unless this song he wrote about gay people, he's referring to a different person in the first verse as opposed to the swapping spit verse. I like to relate to this song as it seems it was written for those people who take more from you than they'd ever give and make it seem like at first they really care about you when they don't. | |
