| I love this sing!I saw Incubus in concert a couple of weeks ago and when they performed "Mexico" Brandon got chocked up and looked like he had a hard time finishing this song. It must be very personal to him. | |

| it is beautiful, and as upset as i am that incubus has "evolved" and mellowed out, this song just might be worth it. | |

| i agree with slaphappy & ifshecouldspeak....this song could apply to any kind of relationship at all, just as long as one of the people is a snobbish self-centered uncaring brat. | |

| I don't necessarily think this song is about being in a relationship with someone. I think that it shows how people can backstab you for the good of themselves. It doesn't have to mean your girlfriend/boyfriend or anything like that. It can be a friend, but what I think Brandon is trying to say is that people are cruel. | |

| definitly me favorite song on Morning View, it is such a beautiful song and yet the situation it descibes is so painful. To me the song is about being in a realtionship where you give and give yet, you love is never quite reciprocated. You constantly express and show your love for your partner, yet, they never show it back, not even to appease you. | |
