| I think this song is about wat eva the hell u want it 2 be about. It can be about getting high, or Brandon having pins and needles or saying goodbye to someone. Many people will interperate it to be about what ever they feel it is about. But wat ever its about it sure is a great sing. Incubus sure have alot of talent. | |

| I also don't really know what this song is really about. But lyrically i think it is awesome. "better than watching newborn nebulas in bloom" is just an cool lyric. I mean how creative is that. I agree with seth that it could def. be about getting high. when your high your on another level and i def. think he was high when he wrote it. "i haven't the way i felt today in so long its hard for me to specify" is basically saying yea today is a creative day, lets write kick ass songs for the new album. | |

| This song to me means, that we often times in life sepperate from the tangible and we stop being supperfiscial and realize that there is more to life, we see the greater picture. And when people do that I really think its like a new awakening like "a waking limb" a new sense of being that is almost like a spiritual high if you will. A journey to into yourself. | |

| Maybe he wrote the song thinking about his hand, but it definately went beyond that as he went on.... htere's definately an altered state of mind, more like philosophical thinking... I've noticed they (incubus) are really into space stuff and they keep talking about UFO's nebulas... does anyone else thinks this too? This could also be about being stones... it depends on what you want to see. If you don't know what getting high is then you cannot relate but if you know and it feels like this then itīs your persception of the lyrics... no one holds the absolute truth, | |
