	I saw InMe when they toured with sugarcoma a little while ago and they were brilliant. I completly agree with Vacant Stare. Its a really sad song. The video is weird yet cool. Firefly is a weird name though.

	I think this song has a very deep and almost twisted meaning... I think it's basically about a guy remembering his girlfriend that commited suicide or something and he found her... And he wishes that he could remember her for the way she was when she was alive and happy but the image of her dead cold body is engraved on his mind and it's killing him... "i went to the aisle to marry your soul to miss you that much" - that part of the lyric to me means that when he went to the funeral, it totally haunted him and he realised that he wants no one apart from her and death won't stand in the way...like if he died too then they'd be together in soul... like heaven... "missing you broke my life hoping that you feel the same missing you broke my life its all over now, you've killed me" - this means that he is missing her so much that it is breaking him apart...and he hopes that wherever she is...she's missing him too... he believes that there is no point in anyhting anymore because she was his reason for living and now thats gone, it's killed him, he doesn't have a reason to wake up in the morning anymore... " Fear is compressed in the back of my stomach" - he wants to join her but is afraid to kill himself because of he is afraid of what awaits him.. " i remember your smile, distorted and pure To hold you til' death." - this could be talking about when he found her or before that... like maybe there was a smile on her face when he found her but she was dead so it was all "distorted" and this memory will always remain with him till he dies... This is just what I get from the song... very amazing... InMe rule... Firefly is a strange title for the song...

	When i first heard this song, honest to god, it scared me. I had no idea why. Then after 2 years or so of listening to it, it lost its scare. But now i've read Vacant Stare's interpretations, the whole album is going to scare me again. THANKYOU! :-) (I mean that, i love being scared!) 1

	Hmmm... I've read so many different interpretations of the song and whatever InMe suggest it means I still think its open to many... such as the fact that when you care for someone, even if you've never gone with them... you can still miss them so much and you hope they feel the same... and if you tell them and they don't... it does kill you inside. I dno. I saw InMe last night at a little local hall near where I live... they were absolutely amazing live... when FireFly came on the entire crowd just sang the song for a verse and a chrous and Dave just took a step back and had this huge grin on his face. It was shit hot. [hugs&hearts] nat xx

	This was the first inme song i heard and i think its amazing, i recently bought the album and its brilliant, dave mcphersons range of vocals is out of this world. These guys will be around a long time!
