	i love the "goddess" part..sends shivers up my spine..i think they use white, red and black bc they represent everything encompassing human existence..all things good (white), all things dark (black) and of course love, the one emotion that straddles both black and white.

	I always thought this song was kinda hot, but not because of the lyrics.Ii have no idea what they mean, to be honest I've never really paid any attention. I just love the way the song goes the melody, and his voice is a little annoying but in a way really amazing and beautiful once you get used to it I love this song.

	I never saw it as rape, it seems more like it's about a prostitute: "you'll never see a better ship or recieve a better tip in your life" either way, this is my favorite interpol song on Antics and it makes me hot

	actually on their website it says along the way tears will drown in the wake of delight there's nothing like this built today you'll never see a finer ship in your life any place it says "to star" it's "tears will drown" .
