The Clansman Intro
Iron Maiden
Tabbed by JC (wigga123@hotmail.com)
I just want to say Iron Maiden rocks, and that this tab is one-hundred, and i
mean, 100% correct. No flaws. I spent three days figuring out the tabs, and i can
safely say i have the intro to The Clansman perfect. The reason why i only did
the intro is because i was too tired to do the whole song, so if you do figure it
out, you have my email.

| This song takes place in medieval Scotland, and it's about freedom. The fight for freedom for all generations to come. Definitely Blaze's best song while with Maiden. This song was my first true Iron Maiden love. | |

| if i am correct i believe it is about when the british invaded scotlnad attempting to take it over as it says "They are taking our land That belongs to the clans" which i assume is talking about the british because it also says "If ancestors could hear what is happening now They would turn in their graves They would all be ashamed" and the scottish didn't get along with the english that well | |

| Not only does the song mean freedom, but also been proud of yourself, your race, and your homeland. Its saying to be passionate and stand up for what you believe in. | |
