	yeh ive read that book and it might be based on it. Nicko McBrain had a part in writing this song

	Has anyone ever read "Bloodtide" by Melovin Burgess? I think they made this song about it, or there are some odd coincidences: "Playing God without mercy without fear" the people act as though they are God by creating life and the such, and show no remorse "Chasing dreams" the characters all have dreams, as that's the point of books in general "Create a beast" people creat man-beasts to keep the gangsters in London "made a man without a soul" enough said. They make a man without a soul "a war of god and man" there is war and man and god get caught up in it, though not much god, but enough. "new Frankenstein" they creat a man without a soul "I want to end my life now" I'm not sure, as I haven't read it for a while, but I think the main woman wants to end her life for quite a while, but doesn't "The spawn of a man, the devil has planned" The man created is pure evil So yeah, it might be about that book
