Great song, perfect to listen to in any mood. Cheers you up when you are down, and great to sing to if you can hit those high notes! Sometimes I wonder if that's what the song is about.

Phwooor, Neurotic Surgeon you clearly said that "James Blunt could carry off any song as unique, because he himself has a unique voice." which is an idiotic comment if ever i heard one as the inevitable pop instumental would make it not so. As for you claiming that Blunt has no special quality in songwriting i disagree. You see this is why i am so pissed. I am willing to bet that he is talented on the guitar but his talents and songs are being wasted by him selling out. I am not comparing him to Connor who is a genius but he is talented. furthermore, i am sorry that i judged that you only listen to manufactured crap but i am a man of logic and logic on that occasion would suggest that you are one of the trolls. As for your two queries the answers are my judgement of real music is music that is made for the purpose of making music and not to make money for the record label and yes you are right for once i do solely know what real music is and it is not because of my "arrogance" but intellectual superiority! By the way i have a 900 terra bite music collection on my pc!

This is absolute bullshit!!!!! Are you calling this recording accoustic!!! You have proved that you are in fact a teeny boper you moron. Just because he includes the smallest amount of guitar which makes all of you teeny bopers jump around screaming" I am listening to guitar music" does not mean that it is guitar music. "Suddenly, pop fans are only interested in watching a bunch of guys, jumping around with guitars, singing meaningless pop songs, instead." A great quote that i have found which can be translated to suit what i am getting at even though in this case JB is a talented singer/songwriter who has unfortunately sold out.

Fellow "Fortunate Fool" , Jack Johnson is also my favourite artist. I do think James Blunt is good but as i have said before, If he could just include guitar and some other real instruments occasionly then he would be awesome, one of the best! not as good as jack though as that is impossible!

EL Bastardo- I could be wrong, but back to bedlam is his first album, so how the hell could he have sold out? And what do you mean real instruments? Every song has a guitar of some sort, or piano, and sometimes drums. Anyway, I love this song, I think the lyrics are amazing, I just got BTB today, awesome album from the tracks I have listined to.

You clearly have not read my comment. I said Blunt's VOICE was unique. I said NOTHING about his music - in fact I pointed out he lacked any "special quality in his songwriting ability". Just because someone made record of the year does not make them a sellout. For starters I never thought he was "underground" in the first place - how can you then decide to cash in on the pop genre. And SO WHAT if he decides to do that? Doesn't make it bad music. No basic knowledge of music at all? Well at least I don't judge someone on the basis of his existence on the charts or not. "Try listening to some real music". Well I don't know what YOUR notion of real music is, but to say that is laughable. I have a 30 gig collection of music on my PC. Are you suggesting that all 30 gig of my music is total rubbish? Are you so arrogant to claim that you and you alone know what "real music" is?

NeuroticSurgeon You clearly have no basic knoledge of music at all! How could you call him unique when he sold out and decided to cash in on the pop genre! For god sake he made record of the year! Try listening to some real music instead and you will find that he is not unique after all!!!!!
