	I guess if James said that on Richard and Judy, it must be true, but the her not seeing him bit doesn't really fit. This song reminds me of the story told in Citizen Kane, when Mr. Bernstein (I think) tells the story about seeing a girl with a white dress on a ferry. He didn't think that she saw him, but he though she was beautiful, and not a day went by when he didn't think of her. Anyway, I love this song.

	I have to agree - definately what the songs about. Just wanted to say how good this song is!! I'm not normally a fan of this sort of music but this song is amazing and I can't stop listening to it! Currently is along side NIN, feeder, QOTSA, jimmy eat world etc in my 5* music playlist - random i know :).

	This song is amazing - so beautiful, so sad. The meaning has pretty much been summed up here. You love someone, but you cannot be with them. I'm sure a lotta people have been through the same thing. This song helped me, because it tells the truth - you think someone is beautiful, inside and out, but u can't be with them. It's like, written in a way to make you see clearly. 'It's time to face the truth.' Well, I know what I'm talking about but I'm probably making no sense to everyone else! Anyway, wonderful song. And I must say, I love the lines, 'Yes she caught my eyes, as I walked on by. She could see from my face that I was, fucking high.' Genius. Fan-fucking-tastic!

	Let me just start of by sayin I absolutely adore this song and I think that at one stage of our lives or another we can all relate to the feeling of wanting to be with someone so much that it hurts and then when you see them with someone else your whole world crumbles cos u realise that u can never ever be with them the way u want I really think the line "we shared a moment that will last to the end" really sums up the knowing in an instant that u r meant to b with that person 4 ever Anyway thats just wat I think at the end of the day we all interpret songs differently and wat a song means to one person may not necessarily man the same to someone else

	I saw your face, In a crowded place, And i don't know what to do, 'Cos I'll never be with you. Can't we all relate to this? When you see a face thats stands out from the crowd and makes your heart skip a beat but the person is already with someone else or with a different group of friends! and you find your eyes being drawn to them all night and then start to freak out if the person catches you looking more then twice! lol

	What a Song.. this song is amazing.. and sums out the feeling a lad gets when he sees a Gorgeous girl n thinks wow shes amazing and then she smiles at you and you go all tingly inside.. everyone as felt this feeling.. im going through this at the moment.. i like someone and i would do anything too be with her..bt deep down i know i cant be with her. so this song just somes up that feeling..

	man, if he looked at me across a crowded room, i would ditch whoever i was with and be over to him like lightening! Have you seen the video? The song is so beautiful, but it doesn't just have to mean he has seen a 'beautiful' girl, it could mean he has seen someone who he feels a connection with, and theres a spark there, or instant attraction. I never look at 'typical' beautiful guys and feel like that, but if I see a guy with dark long hair and brown eyes, I definetley feel like that! ;)
