| i think the singer is thanking God for everything He does, but the singer goes farther by also admitting how unthankful he can be at times. it seems he was using God simply as a gift-giver and nothing more, no relationship or sacrafice on his part. and yet God is unforgetful because he continues to love us even after we act like children. 1 | |
