This Is an Alternate Way of Playing It without a capo, thanks Todd banker
Structure + Lyrics
Intro
Verse
there's no one in town I know
you gave us some place to go
i never said thank you for that
i thought I might get one more chance
what would you think of me now
so lucky, so strong, so proud?
i never said thank you for that
now I'll never have a chance
Chorus
may angels lead you in
hear you me my friends
on sleepless roads the sleepless go
may angels lead you in
Interlude
Verse
so what would you think of me now
so lucky, so strong, so proud?
i never said thank you for that
now I'll never have a chance
Chorus
may angels lead you in
hear you me my friends
on sleepless roads the sleepless go
may angels lead you in
Bridge
(may angels lead you in)

may angels lead you in
Guitar solo
Verse
and if you were with me tonight
i'd sing to you just one more time
a song for a heart so big
god wouldn't let it live
Chorus
may angels lead you in
hear you me my friends
on sleepless roads the sleepless go
may angels lead you in
may angels lead you in
hear you me my friends
on sleepless roads the sleepless go
may angels lead you in
on sleepless roads the sleepless go
may angels lead you in

| honestly... this song is by far the best song ever dedicated to me.... my girlfriend dedicated it to me and i thought it was just too good... the words itself xouldnt express the meaning any better.... i think it is awesome....not only does it represent the thanks to a friend a loved one a somebody out there... it expresses the freedom and the comfort inwhich the friend being thanked gave.... so for anyone new...theres always someone opening a door of comfort to them.... and this song could symbolize the death of a close one.. but to me... its the symbol of how great it is that we have loved ones...and how we take advantage of the friendship of anysort.... that we dont take time to actually say thankyou.... that and its just a DAMN GOOD SONG | |

| I heard this song playing in the background in a friends car, and i just liked the melody. Then when I heard the lyrics, it just touched me deeply. it's one of those songs that's universal; no matter who it was written about, you can apply it to someone in your life that you've lost. | |

| I've been told (and i believe ) that this song is about those 2 poor kids who were killed in a car accident in cali years back. The ones who were the leaders of the Weezer fan club. | |
