This is similar to a previously posted intro tab, but modified to how i reckon
it sounds best. Have a bash, sounds pretty good. And it's bloody simple.
Obviously this is originally played on the bass, but who cares....

| Its about the Soviet Union's invasion of Czechoslovakia in 1968. Or at least the video is, hence the Jan Palach dedication and the tanks, etc | |

| it's a love song, i read it in an interview in nme a while ago. they asked sergio(who wrote the lyrics) what they meant and he said something along the lines of "it's about the love for a woman and it's about having something you love so much the only way to deal with it is to kill it." and they asked "kill the feeling or kill the woman?" and he said he meant the woman. best song on the album, i reckon. that and the hidden reason is treason after u boat. | |

| correction: it's not "na na na na na na." it's "I" just prolonged and almost stutter-like. the sound is actually like, "ah ah ah ah ah ah" I...I tell you i want you. I... I tell you i need you. | |

| It's dedicated to Jan Palach, I believe his name was, a student who protested against the Soviet invasion of the 60s. I think that's also what the song is about. Oh, and CD:UK is a music programme on Saturday mornings in the UK; has performances and videos of new songs, news and the like, and a chart rundown at the end. | |

| Sounds alot like the Madchester groups, especially in the delivery of the singer and the lyrics (very reminiscent of Shaun Ryder and the Mondays)...Very good, nonetheless | |
