	I got this album on the 10th, when it came out and I haven't stopped listening to it. I think this song is talking about how self preservation will ultimately lead to your own downfall, and so the only way to survive is to accept that you are not perfect and to stop pretending that you are.

	I love the screaming in this song, over-the-top vocals by Howard Jones...fucking crazy ass motherfucker!!! I loved Jessie but this dude knows how to throw it down also..I can't wait to see them in Ozzfest this year...

	saw killswitch on the jagermeister tour with slayer and mastodon. awesome show. they opened with this song and it was pretty incredible. they played a lot of new stuff, but closed with my last serenade. amazing.

	I'm not sure what this song means but its incredible KsE is a really raw form of metal in my opinion they always seem to go over the top with amazing combinations of singing and screaming on this cd never heard any other cds but id guess them to be as good as this one
