My absolute favorite song on this album. Great melody. I think the song is about being depressed and uncaring about the world, and how he rejects all things around and takes for granted his life is shit. Just my two cents though.

Yes... KsE certainly has many Christian messages in their songs. This one especially. This song is talking about the general message of god - be selfless and love your brothers and sisters (other people in the world) as you would love yourself.

I think the song is about rejecting your "pain" and selfesness, and to gain an understanding that there are people in this world that have absolutly nothing and have suffered far more then you. You souldn't be wasting time on your sorrows and help those that have suffered greater tragedy then you could possibling imagine. it's such a great message, most of the world is so self invovled that we've turned our backs to those that reallly need help, reject your sorrows and materialism.

i try to look at the christian influence in all of killswitchs songs, theres usually a message in there somewhere. i think this is mostly about putting your life aside for others, but the second to last paragraph seems like its saying give yourself to the truth-GOD. man that guys great. well, thats me anyway.

this is my favorite song on the cd... its about feeling the pain of the less fortunate and doing something it... its about how you need to reject yourself and all your material objects to understand that there are ppl in this world that dont have shit... i think this is an awsome messageee
