This is the trumpet solo for the song entitled "Sorry or Please" by Kings of
Convenience. Obviously, this is translated for guitar. Have fun, and the chords and
piano part for this song will be done as soon as i get some free time. One of the
easiest soloss to tab, but a very beautiful piece at the same time.

| i agree with the other comments, but I especially agree with Murasakivie ... that's so right on. i've been thinking a lot on the past and a situation similar to this. it's so hard to decipher whether someone is being genuine or just acting out of pity or as a means to amuse themselves. oftentimes it seems i never find out the truth behind things, either. it's such a helpless feeling, merely wanting to know why someone says or does something and yet being unable to find out, for one reason or another. | |

| I love the references to the fact that she's showing an interest in him... or maybe it's just that he has an interest in her and wishes for reciprocation? The internal conflict is simplistic and sweet. | |

| I think he's singing to a girl who's visiting, saying even though he's busy (his "prison", his job perhaps?) he still agrees to spare a week to spend with her. He knew her before but didn't care to notice her. Now that he does he realizes more and more how much he likes her. Despite her actions, he isn't sure if she really likes him or if she's trying to say she's sorry for not being able to stay with him. | |

| this song is absolutely gorgeous. if you haven't heard it, get it nowwww. i think its about a confusing relationship with a girl, at that point where you can't tell where the other person stands and it's on the heartstopping brink of starting a relationship. or something. | |
