	It's about coping with a massive change in the person you love, and the fact that it drives you away from a once perfect relationship. It's cliche but in this case I think the change is due to drugs. This "Love affair with distance and with fear" actually refers to his feelings being dominated by feelings of distance and fear for his loved one. I think anyway

	Nope. sorry no idea but i REALLY want to hear ;the boat' but i cant download that either and i cannot find the CD in any stores! ok onto this song: i think it is really good! i like the 'i miss the nervous shakes/i miss the way it hurt' bit. as to what i think its about: i think its about someone who ran away from there problems maybe? the ' the bus is like a hearse/ driving me from her' bit makes it sound like hes going to die without her? (figuratively, of course)

	I just think it's about a relationship that he was in and the girl wasn't commited in it. My favourite Kisschasy song though! The acoustic version is way better. Listen to that one too!

	to me the meaing of this song gives off the impresion that mayb she moved away n they tried a long distance relationship. He misses thingz about her but now shez moved on n become something she never used to be. He still isn't over her and the break up must have been harsh if she made him this way. Or he waz made 2 believe one big lie. Love the song..bit lyk my relationship i had actually :-\

	I think this is about loosing a girlfriend to drugs. "the way it killed to think that I had you first.. I had you first" -- sounds like he is saying that he had his girl first, and now she is giving up everything, including him for the drugs. "I look into your eyes, see the chemicals, you're the whitest white; you've become a ghost. You're dead to me so why can't I let you go?" -- He looks in her eyes and can see what the drugs have done to her, and how they've changed her, and he wants to let her go because to him, she's already on the road to death. "I had a love affair with distance" -- could mean that she is still here with him physically, but her mind is gone, her mind is with the drugs and it's in the distance. Just my opinion. I also agree that it could be about a girlfriend thats moved away or something... but I agree with the drugs theory, personally.
