Kottonmouth Kings are a self-proclaimed Rapcore group who have devoted their lives to the legalization of the plant marijuana.
In addition to claiming "10 years of touring under their belts, over 1 million records sold, over 1 million tickets purchased, 675,000 miles (1,090,000 km) traveled, over 1,500 quality shows delivered, over 100 pounds (45 kg) of marijuana consumed in the form of 272 strain, 250,000 cases of beer drank, 25 trips to the emergency room, arrested and/or banned in Virginia Beach, VA; Huntington Beach, CA; Tucson, AZ; Springfield, MO; New Orleans, LA; Las Vegas, NV; Los Angeles, CA; Orlando FL; Cleveland, OH; West Virginia; Salt Lake City, UT; Redondo Beach, CA; Orange County, CA; San Diego, CA; and Mojave Desert; One Cannabis Cup victory, one High Times Magazine Band of the Year," the Kings also own and run their own record label, Suburban Noize Records, which currently boasts 16 artists. Daddy X fronts the Humble Gods (of which Doug Carrion is also a guitarist) and a solo career. Pakelika, the "visual assassin", has his own solo career. D-Loc works with DJ Bobby B in Tsunami Brothers and Johnny Richter in Kingspade, as well as a solo career as Shaky Bonez. Saint Dog, who has left the band, is working on his own record label along with brother Big Hoss, US Circle A, and solo career on the SubNoize label. The group also runs a clothing brand entitled "SRH".
