This song was pretty hard to tab, but now i've got a sense of achievement. 


1st Guitar (plucking) 1st riff :

That's the whole first riff that you repeat over again until you reach
the chorus. Right before the chorus, change the ascending part :

Right, now for the chorus. It's really simple :

Then just repeat the whole first riff again until the chorus and then again...

Now when the bridge comes along, it's also the first riff. When he's finished
singing, and there's a very short moment of music, play this :

After that repeat the chorus. Then the last part, where there's only music,

2nd Guitar (strumming) :

The change of chords happens each time one bar finishes.

Now, the chords are Am and C. You have to listen to the song to get the tempo. It's pretty
easy.

Right before every chorus, though, you play Am in four bars, before continuing the usual
pace.
